Sir Adam G. EastWhere to Start…

As always in my culture ladies come first. Yet in hers men are always first.

His Story…

Written in my own words…

I started out in the small town of Bluefield, West Virginia. In 1985 I was born to Noleta and Gary East. I was a 7lb 10oz bundle of joy. My earliest memory is of myself in my Grandmothers living room being held by a relative, looking up and around the room as all eyes feel on me. I remember nothing more about my early years. Around the age of 1&1/2 my Mother and Father divorced. My sister Heather and I stayed with our mother. Heather, well that is another story of its own. She is my only full blooded sister. She is 5 years my senior. I also have 3 other sisters which I will blog about later.

Well, at the age of 3 my mother had found the new love of her life Carl (Slick). They married and moved into a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house in Bluefield. Slick was in the Army and was soon deployed overseas. Thus, the U.S. Army brought my family to Germany. I remember going downtown and getting the best cheese bread in the world and seeing the statues standing there motionless in time. I also remember when we bought our dog Dingo. He was purchased from a breeder that still sends us Christmas cards today. He was a watwiler, full blooded and beautiful. I can still see it today, me, Heather and my mother running in the field with Dingo, us laughing and loving every moment.

At the age of 5 I moved back to the U.S. to another small town, Lexington, Kentucky. Where most of my fonder childhood memories come from. There I met my first love Sabina. She was a German girl that moved to the states with her father who was also in the Army. We were both stationed at the Blue Grass Army Depot in Lexington. There were about 10 kids on the entire base and we all knew it like we had lived there all our lives. We rode our bikes up and down the streets, past the storage buildings and by the commissary. Down past the summer pavilion and across the bridge on the lake. My mother who was a civilian worker on the base allowed us to play in her office, which was connected to the rec room. We would play air hockey and hide and seek, and school every once and a while. Derrick was my best friend and we were inseparable. Until the day came when I was 9 or 10 when once again the Army uprooted me from the home I had come to know and love and moved us to PA. Shortly after moving to PA my Mother and Slick divorced. Which in turn shook my small world again.

We moved home to WV back to the small house we had bought when I was 3. From there I developed new friendships and built a new life for myself. I went to school at the smallest elementary school I had ever seen. Only about 80 children in the entire school. And around 15 in my class. I draw a blank from 5th grade until 7th grade. In 7th grade I join the school band and I met my new and still best friend. Anthony Akers. A strange kid he was and is. But the love he has in his heart will, I hope, stay long into his elderly years.

I will not spend much time on the details of middle school or high school. Just to say I graduated. But I learned many life lessons from those lonely halls of Bluefield High. I learned that everyone is different and have different morals, customs, gods, and thoughts. That wisdom should always come before everything else. And that you both men and women should express yourself every chance you get. Because life is short and before you know it you will be looking back at your past and trying to remember what you did to get this far. That is something I do not wish to forget.

21st birthday. Well, how shall I put this. I was living in NC and Anthony and Brittany came to celebrate with me. Brittany is an ex-girlfriend of mine and is a good woman. To not spend so much time on this part of my life either since I have rambled on enough I will say that my 21st birthday did not turn out well. We went to a restaurant I did not like, we did the things that I did not want to do, and I watched as my ex and her new boyfriend lived it up on my 21st birthday. But as I look back I see that I was selfish and that this world does not revolve around one person.

To cut this short since I am writing what should be blog-ed I am now 24 and living in NC with a wonderful woman that I am happy to call the love of my life. She is my soul mate. I do not know if God set us on the same path or as she believes we are souls that were once together in a past life and in this life we have found each other again to rekindle that lost love of years ago. Hers sounds more romantic, I will not lie. But this site will show the world that two different people, with different beliefs and gods, with two different types of personality and family’s, two different worlds. Can come together as one life and share one goal. To survive.
